  5. Refund/Exchange Processing:

  • For exchanges, we will dispatch the new item within the same time frame, subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect leather jacket, please contact us immediately at support@tophorizons.org. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized leather jackets.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
